Shipping
We ship across the United States. Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, with delivery in 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive tracking as soon as your order ships.
Returns
If something isn't right, you can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Fixtures must be free of installation wear. To start a return, email info@orialighting.com with your order number.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 14 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
